As an organization comprised of aspiring young professional women, Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. maintains academics as one of its four main objectives. Sisters hold study sessions with one another, organize test and book banks and regularly study together in their respective university’s many libraries. Our aim is to ensure that each sister completes the degree she set out to achieve and in doing so, paves the way for future generations of college-educated women.
Sisterhood

Phi Lambda Rho Sorority Inc. takes pride in the level of sincere commitment, intimacy, love, and respect that we share with one another. Our sisterhood is based on creating bonds with each other that will not only help us during our collegiate years but will also last a lifetime. It is our family away from home. To help foster appreciate sisterhood among RHOsas, chapters organize various sisterhood retreats, dinners, weekly activities, and other celebrations to maintain a strong bond.
Community Service

Sisters of Phi Lambda Rho organize a variety of events throughout the years, ranging from beach clean-ups to full-fledged conferences with at-risk youth. The opportunities for service are endless and every year presents a starting point for sisters to make a positive difference in their community.
Promotion of the Chicanx/Latinx Culture

Phi Lambda Rho sisters know that nuestra cultura is an essential part of us, and our distinct backgrounds have helped shape our young, ambitious and proud sisters. In order to continue celebrating our rich cultural heritage, Phi Lambda Rho Sorority Inc. organizes cultural dinners, Dia de Los Muertos, Mes de la Mujer, and Festival Latinx. In recognizing our varied cultures, historical roots, struggles, and accomplishments. RHOsas are continually motivated to represent the Chicana/Latina Culture in the best light while educating the public about our culture's rich history.
